We may retain Personal Data beyond these periods for the following reasons: a legal obligation requires us to retain specific data (e.g., financial records for tax authorities); data is necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; you explicitly request that we retain specific information; or data exists in backup systems scheduled for routine deletion.
